Need Spice model for CD4060 and CD4016

i want to create a simple stereo modulator with mpx output and 19khz pilot and 38khz sub carrier. but i have no simulation model for the CD4060 and CD4016! i try to find in google but i have i found but not working!! if you have a backup of Spice model for the CD4060 and CD4016 please share with us!!

This zip file has a hierarchical model for a 4060, sorry I don't have a 4016 model.

EDIT:
The 4066 is the same function as a 4016.

The 4066 is the same function as a 4016.

I have downloaded the files but there are some libs an't other stuf missing so i can't run them

And in the past i found that a simpel ringmodulator works the best if you want to keep it simpel

Did you remember the .include statement?

The (.inc ) is there but it revers to a non exsisting LIB and some symbols where also missing.
Couldn't not find symbols

And the files cd4000.lib , dview.lib , are missing
The where not included in the zip files.

I'm running LTspice not Pspice i could not install it on my XP machine.
