need help finding a datasheet

i have several motorola diodes that i need to find specs on, but i cant seem to locate them on google. hoping someone here can help. there are 3 lines of numbers on it:
first line: (motorola "M") 261
second line: -01
third line: 650
the 1's may be I's

It's a funky number. Maybe it's a zener, it looks that size (400mW zener size)...

Try run a couple mA through it reverse and see what voltage it zeners at, it might be a 6.5v or 65 volt zener diode.
