As the title says, where do I find (or generate) a hex file for my project?

I must add that the more I use MPLABX the more disillusioned I become. One of the worst pieces of software I have used in a long time.

Edit, found it in project.x/dist/default/production but why isn't there one in the debug directory?

Mike.

Discouraging to hear that from qualified people like Pommie and you!

Is the fate of Microchip to keep "improving" MPLAB just to create more new issues than those solved?

How long it will take to have the expresion "nodes" resuscited? (Stupid name given to files in version 5. something IIRC).

BTW, what is next? Ribbons?
