    Please doese anyone know any sites that ahve any tutorials about
    microprogramming im a newbie and want to learn anything about microprogramming.I know you use somethng called the basic language
    i beleive you have to know the java programming language before
    you can start with programming microcontrollers . I hear the bs-1 is
    pretty good beggineer programmer but does anyone know of any sites or beginner books about programming. THANKZ i will be greatful for any info.

    Basic Stamp

    The best place to go is the Basic Stamp website:

    http://www.parallax.com

    Go in to the the download section, then the into the Educational Curriculum.

    You will find many FREE downloadable books on how to program the Basic Stamp devices.

    Stamps are probably the easiest thing to learn for a beginner.

    Stay away from the BS-1, it's a real old design and their newer products are much better.
