LED Scoreboard code assistance

Hi All;
I am trying to build the scoreboard as shown in the picture (OM team) attached using Atmega128. My problem is the code is not coming right. Could anyone assist me with code. The system is PC controlled or RF wireless link. And the 7segments are interlinked with shift registers. Please can you help with code which can operate the scores, timer as real clock and also up/down game time & be able to write team names.
