Keep finding but dont know meanning ??

I keep finding these symbols on components
but I don't know what they mean.

Can someone please explain to me what is
the SA and especially RU symbol and what it stands for??

they are logos for safety testing agencies. The RU is for underwriters laboratory, not sure about the SA
 
NOT saftey certificates. Saftey LOGO's If you want to verify certification you have to find out how the device is listed at it's respective agencies. Many cheap chinese nockoff devices will contain these logos which can't be traced back to certification.
