"invert" a switched jack socket

Hi,

My problem is that I cannot for the life of me find a 3.5mm stereo jack socket that is switched, but when you plug something into it, it creates a connection rather than breaks one. I need one to replace another one you see. Is there any way I can create this kind of switch only using passive circuitry.

They aren't something you can usually find for sale, the usual answer is to bend the contacts so they make instead of break.

What about coupling the one you can get with a relay to invert the switched contact ?
