i need tow timers,but AVR simulation "avrsim version1.11" have one timer

my program is frequency counter.
 
I agree with JohnSmith, just download the official simulator/compiler/emulator from Atmel. AVRStudio. There's a program called VMLab, which is now in the public domain I believe (or at least freeware) that simulates many AVR's and has a crippled but still useful SPICE interface that emulates serial, LED, and serial LCD modules as well as a few other simple misc devices.
