How can I choose a suitable capacitor

I would like to use voltage multiplier sextupler the input voltage 1V and frequency 4 Hz and the load is a supercapacitor 11.5 mf. What's the most suitable values of capacitors that I should choose?

This is my circuit design with output capacitor. When it is charged it fed a variable resistance:
