fixed current and voltage generation from given input.

Hello,

I want to develop 2 type of power source.

1. input: 110-280V AC
output: 50-60V and 150-160mA DC

2. input: 110-280V AC
output: 50-60V and 300-320mA DC

3. input: 12V DC
output: 32-36V and 350mA DC


So, How can I develop it? any idea? any design? any direct IC available?

3) You did not state if the supply is isolated. So here is one not isolated.
