Electro Tech is not responding - message

For a couple of weeks I had received the Electro Tech is not responding message once in a while. Now it occur more often. I am using Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7.

Update : It happen again a few minutes ago. Has this happen to anyone else?

What specs is your computer?
Windows 7 Professional
AMD Turion Dual-Core RM-75 2.20 Gnz
3.00 GB
32 Bit OS

Once I received the error , Windows generated this detail list of files (see attached file)
I am using Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421 Update Version 9.0.6 (kb2675157)

The issue is on MS Internet Explorer. I change to Firefox and issue is gone. Thread can be close.
 
I was going to say, you can solve most web-related issues by NOT using IE :p :D
