I want you to write more code! Then I'll show you what to do! If you don't learn to write it yourself, then you don't understand the code!!

Write me a small program that receives a pulse on RC0 and lets the timer / counter increment each time.

Use timer 1 and set the software to update the counter on the T1ck input!
