Digital thermometer with icl7107 and lm35(showen in three 7-segment displays)

I have to make the circuit as the hardware application project,
it must show 2 digits and 1 digit after comma(exmple: 22,3).
the proteus similation i made works well but the circuit on the breadboard doesn't work,
and actually at one time i succied to see output when the analog input increases digital output decreases,when the analog input decreases digital output increases.
please heellllp!
