Design with Half Bridge Driver

Hi all,
I am designing a resonant circuit using IR2104 (Half Bridge Driver).
This IC has total 8 pins in which pin number 2 is IN [Logic input for high and low side gate driver outputs (HO and LO), in phase with HO] and other pin 3 is SD (Logic input for shutdown).
I want to know that which IC i use to give input to the pin IN and SD of IR2104. I don't want to use Microcontroller.
Basic functional block diagram is attached here with for better understanding.

It'll work fine with a 0-5V or a 0-Vcc input on the in and sd pin.

Can you please suggest any IC which can generate PWM? I don't want to use microcontroller.

You could also make a triangle wave generator and a comparator.
