Design an adjustable voltage switch

Here's a version with the NPN driver. I just prefer the MOSFET because it requires less power.

Oh, OK, well, I have both components. I will use each until I run out. I bought 10ea of the NPN drivers, and I still have 9ea of the MOSFETS. For my initial testing, I will use the MOSFET. I will keep you posted after my testing.
