Contour Integral

Hi,

Any one can advise me how to do this question for contour integral of

sin( z - 1) / (z - 1 ) ^ 101 dz where the contour C is |z + 1| = 5

and how to define whethe these are removable singularity?
(1) z ^2/ sin z
(2) cos z/ z - sin z/z^2 + z
