Circuit Design Help Please

I have attached the problem I need help with as well what I have completed so far.

I have the 3-bit counter that counts modulo-8 as well as the four bit adder. I have partially completed the 4-bit register, but I'm not sure how to make it do the required "jobs" on the designated counts.
