hi,
For the past few days I have been unable to get a connected to the ETO, Chat line, is anyone else having a problem.?

I left it 'trying to connect' for about 5 minutes , it finally came up.
 
There's been quite a delay when trying to log in, but eventually it will. It is a bit annoying though, I'm hoping someone can fix this soon.
