Infrared Codes in BASIC? What exactly are you looking for? Is it the source code for remote control or you want the Binary Codes transmitted by transmitters incorporating various code formats like RC5 and others?

Most equipments in the world use RC5 remote code. One such RC5 based circuit can be found at:
    http://www.armory.com/~spcecdt/remote/remote.html

For more on RC5 type "RC5 serial port remote" in google.
