Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how to make a 60 seconds stopwatch by software called logicworks??

The stopwatch should have a 2 digit output and 2 inputs: run and reset...
When the run signal is high (=1) the counter will run. When the run signal is low (=0) the counter will stop running.
When the rest signal is high (=1) the counter will be reset to 00. The counter should count from 00 to 59.

These are the required criteria... So, if someone knows how to do that, please help because I have to submit this project as soon as possible and I have no idea about how to do it!!

This is the software if someone wants it: **broken link removed**

You should use 555 timer ic from which you have to generate cycle of time period of 1 sec in astable mode, this output must be connected to 7493 4-bit binary generator through a push button (run), the 4 outputs of 7493 must be connected to 7447/7448 seven segment driver ic.the outputs A and C of 7493 should be connected to reset of that ic.for driving second seven segment you have to AND outputs A and D of 7493 to input of another 7493 that should drive second seven segment.
vcc should be connected to reset of both 7493 ic through push button (reset).
