    Default Sound sensor

    Hi , can anyone help me with some simple 5v sound detectors schematics for pic16f84 ? . I want to use this kind of sensor to rotate the head of my robot when i make a noise with my figers.

    A sound sensor is called a microphone. Very good but inexpensive electret mics are available. They have a FET impedance converter inside that needs to be powered from a filtered few volts in series with a 10k resistor. The output level is low so a preamp is needed.

    I kow that, and i have tried a lot of circuits , but it seems that are not working well , and i was thinking that i can get a simple and good circuit from here , an circuit that was tested by you too.
