but the ic SHF506(ir reciever-36khz ) is not avialable.
can i know is it still existing in the market(india) or someother place where i can find it(online shop)

 

Just use whatever IR receiver IC you can get, they are pretty interchangeable - most are 38KHz, rather than 36KHz, but it won't make any difference. You should be able to find a suitable one in any recent TV or VCR with remote control.
