I have never buildt a robot before, and want to build a simple robot that moves i some way. i want a small simple robot! help me?

Why dont you buy yourself something off the shelf to start with - you can get a £10 robot to build - like a line follower - which would teach you some basics. Even better - buy a book - you can never have enough books. Start collection old motors out of disk drives and printers etc.

somewhere like www.maplin.co.uk does robot kits. and no I dont work for them!
