Pc controlled line tracking & firing robot - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I want to design a robot which shoud move between 2 tracks,Also on regular intervals mirrors are kept vertically acting as soldiers.We have to hit them.Also the circuit should be PC controlled,Please help & suggest
