Help me. A LCD display module - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

A friend give me the LCD module without any documents.
I want to use the module in my MCU project.
Who can help me? Tell me which model the module may be or the type of interface.

I had a look on Google...Its a matter of deciding what type of lcd display it is...Some of the connections I dont recognise, but it operates in 4 bit mode, D10-13 are the data pins..Vdd is supply with GND and it is backlit...

Thats all I can tell..Maybe someone else has a bit more info?

By the way, the module dimension is 11cm X 6cm. It is not a color display.
