    Exclamation IC chips 7447 - 74190

    i need help w/ this seven segment display counting from 0-99. i dont know the logic behind the inputs and outputs on the circuit... i have 7 input segments and only 4 outputs please help me x∞

    The datasheets for the ICs show the logic.
