Default Turning off AD in MikroBasic

    Hi to all,

Can anyone tell me the exact word to turn off all AD inputs on a PIC16F874 with Mikrobasic(7.0.0.2) as my build keeps balking at it and keeps thinking the ADSEL or ADCON words are identifiers and were not declared!

I must be doing something stupid, come on guys embarrass me!

PS no sleep yesterday so I may be hallucinating!

    How about just this

ADCON1 =6 'PORTA and PORTE digital

You need to start reading the data sheet the part that said I/O ports

Look at the shot I wrap it in red

    Cheers Burt,

I honestly couldn't find that. Does this also negate the need to set the CCP modules as off too?

I didn't see where you had to do any thing with CCP If you go threw the I/O port part of the data sheet it show's you what to do. They all have it right here http://www.electro-tech-online.com/a...basic-read.png
