Do you Know, please, How I can keep data in EEPROM in the PROTEUS simulator?

In Advanced Properties I can find "Initial Contents of EEPROM" and it should be a file, but I don't know how to deal with it.

I'm using Proton+ to make a program and write data to EEPROM. Do you have some example to make this?

Any help will be apreciate.
