Hello, I'm trying to configure a PIC18F4431 using an external oscillator However, when I scope the OSC1 and OSC2 pins, the signals are sticked to 5V .... The oscillator used seems to be the internal one. Someone could help me ?? thanks

Presumably you're using a x10 probe when scoping the oscillator pins?, using a x1 probe commonly stops the oscillator running.
