I have created the report descriptors for the 6-button (on/off, page up/down and scroll up/down) wireless presentaion mouse. That is given below:

I have missed the page up and page down buttons in the report desciptors. The page up and page down buttons are like the keyboard page up and page down buttons. How it can be declared?. What lines are to be added in the report descriptors for the page up and down buttons?. Please reply.
