i need an eprom programmer, but i aint going to buy one!!!

anyone have a link for schematics for one, and an apropriate program to use it? i want one which will except hex files. i'm aiming for programming a 27C512, but smaller proms would be a nice advantage.

ALSO

i need a UV eraser. i have a 4" CC tube black light. would leaving an eprom under this for a couple of hours be sufficient?

If I remember right http://batronix.com/ has schematics and board design for one.But remember, you get what you pay for.
