Default Sleep mode!
How can I get the PIC from the sleep mode to operation mode?

It depends on the PIC, details are in the datasheets - common ways are the WDT or 'interrupt on change on PortB' - depending on the PIC it usually works by generating a RESET, it's upto your code to decide what caused it.
