membrane ON/OFF switch - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

Does anyone have any circuit or advice on how i can use a single push button as and ON/Off switch ?
Just like you see on most handheld devices where you press a button and the unit powers up and if you press it again the unit powers down.
