would there be any scripts out there to learn from, that would allow a person to build a programmable deer feeder timer?

I guess what i am looking for is a script that will allow me to set an alarm or motor spin time and be able to control the length of time the motor spins.

feed time 1) 6:00 A.M. for 2 secs
feed time 2) 12:00 P.M. for 1 sec
feed time 3) 5:45 P.M. for 1 sec
feed time 4) 12:00 A.M. for 2 secs

this would be the basic lcd read out i would be looking for.
and also could daylight savings time be figured into the code of the pic ?
