You need to use Manchester coding and decoding, check my tutorial.

Can i use this encoding scheme ? like XORing a clock with the data to be encoded as a manchester ??

Hi,
XOR the data with something is not Manchester coding, it is type of encryption I think. Manchester coding has to be done in the software as in the tutorial.

its XORing the data with a Clock (NRZ)

i dont know that's why i asked , at wikepedia it shows the proof

Yeah but you still have to do it in software in PIC, as in the tutorial.
