Lcd - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

i write the c code for the lcd

but it will not display even single character.

lcd is interfaced as 4 line

i use 2x16 lcd

RS pin on RB2
EN pin on RB3

Data pins on RB4,RB5,RB6,RB7

plz help

which compiler you are using...

ya i GND the R/W pin

i m using PIC16F877A uC

and MPLAB IDE

the blank cursor is displayed but it do not display the character
