lcd interfacing with 89c51
i'm trying to interface a 16*2 lcd with 89c51 microcontroller,i'm using hitachi Lm016L LCD which has HD44780 CONTROLLER in it,the pro is dat the lcd doesnt take data from microcontroller,wht i figured out,i think it doent come out of the busy state,the DB7 bit never turns low probably b/c of which the program gets hanged?plzzzzz help...i need to submit my project this week whic is only left with this end part
