Default 16F84 question

Does the 16F84 contain a built in Analogue to Digital converter? if not is there any other PIC chip that does?

No, look at the 16F88 or 16F818 - both the same size and have A2D.

The 16F84 is an expensive obselete antique, and you shouldn't be looking at using it.
