what are the softwares available for pcb layout designing. from were can i have the tutorials about this

Which software you choose depends on what you are about.

If you want learn a tool that will do most any board choose Eagle. Tutorials on their site.

If you just want to get it done there are others that do not include schematic capture and such. They are somewhat easier to use.

If you search this forum you will find many discussions on the subject.
