Exclamation 16F690 how to connect with PC and LCD ?

Hi all,
I am making a project in which i will have a temperature sensor with a programed microcontroler and I also want that it would be connected both to the LCD and to PC.

Now I am very interested in how could I connect microcontroler to the PC, should i use USB, serial ports or .... ?

Please anyone, if you have any comments or suggestions please write them to me.

Than you!!!!
