Hi, I am building a pic16f84 programmer and need code to blink an led. Schematics will help too. Thanks

Note how it mentions the 16F84A is obsolute for new designs. Try a newer PIC, or reading the PDF file.

We cannot force you to buy a NEW PIC will do from what you have.

Here is my first PIC programmer it worked well with 84A & some other pics.

Simple to build.

And also I’m telling you to refer to the STICKY on the top of the microcontroller section.
It covers some very useful basics before you entering to the programing world.
