Perhaps so?, but it's four years old, and was long out of date even then.

Years, let alone 4 years old, has nothing to do with it. Surprisingly that page is well assembled. It has schemas and CSS styles and classes up the wazu. The problem is that the fonts are not consistent.

The font is all messed up. The headings are in smaller font than the paragraphs. Yes, it is very ugly.

I just rechecked it with IE6 and it looks OK. Been using FireFox for so long I forget IE existed on my machine. Looks like the page was created in M$ Word 10. That would explain it.

So that's what it is, looks fine. Actually not a bad page at all. I stopped using IE ages ago too.

Thats what happens when a singular company tries to fool the world in believing that they are some sort of official branch of the government. All should drop international standards and blindly "Do As We Say" for our self manifested whimsical rules shall suffice as all the standards you will ever need.
