Device controlling through SMS using Mobile Phone - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I am doing the above project with 8051 microcontroller, but i have done it with AVR microcontroller.
I have the following doubts.
1. which Nokia models obey AT command
2. which Nokia models obey FBUS protocol
Anybody knows

For FBUS consider using the older phones like nokia 3310, 5110, 6110, and 3210

older versions of nokia uses.. Fbus and mbus..

well.. i am little in this knowledge.. but i am sure that sony-erricson phone uses AT Commands..
