Need Assistance , Another Verify Error At OOOOh! Error - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

I'm using ProPicII to program my 16F877.

Everytime I try to program pic, the program gives the verify error at 0000h.

I both tried it on Win2k and Win95, setup paralel port to normal,bi-directional,ecp,epp.

Guys! This is urgent and surely i need help!
