Thanks, but as I can't read it, I don't know what to download. I clicked on a few links, but to no avail as I don't know what I'm looking for.

Default How to have the Protel lib from ORCAD?
In OPEN window of Protel, at filetype bar, choose ORCAD files.

After that, SAVE AS in Protel format.

This is the PROTEL LIB, converted from ORCAD LIB.

If it warns for errors, skip. It'll work because it's not perfect from converting.
