Hi. I am looking for an electronic compass that I can connect to a 16F877. So I need a compass whose output I can directly read from the PIC either in a parallel way or serially. Does anyone know any good products? Thanks.

I'm wanting to do the same thing, and the best I've found would be the Dinsmore 1490.
http://www.imagesco.com/catalog/Digi...alCompass.html I would love to find something better though, or cheaper. |

You can try to use the compass module in order to simplify your design by using SPT0001.
