does anyone have a list of all of the commands that i can use with the software on nigel's site. i just got all of the parts i need to make the programing board : )

It's probably a good idea to download the 16F628A data sheet from microchip. It's available Here. Section 15 gives a complete list of instructions. It's rather large though - 3.5 meg but will be invaluable.

Another alternative is Here. This is part of another online tutorial.
