Hi all does anyone have a schematic for a parallel f877 programmer that i can edit with eagle or at least know where i can get one???

Quasar Electronics sell kits for the P16PRO40 (as do many others), it's cheaper than buying the parts!.

yes but i would like to turn it into a good size dev board

Try looking at the Toolkit3 from EPE, you can get it as a kit from Magenta.
