iButtons information required - Electronic Circuits Projects Diagrams Free

i saw some information related to iButtons.

Can some body guide me how to read information from iButtons using 8051 microcontrollers. And ofcourse how to store information in iButtons. i will really appriciate if some one show me circuit diagrams and technical explanations

There is a lot of info on their website.
