if i had to take a wild guess in the dark i would say process speed...the xpc823zt66b2t is a 66 MHz, xpc823zt75b2t is 75 MHz, and the xpc823zt81b2t would be 81 MHz i'm guessing. see attached link for datasheet. according to digikey they are non-rohs compliant and obsolete tho. http://www.freescale.com/files/32bit...f/MPC823TS.pdf | |
